Training can be deployed in a formal classroom environment or in a classroom over the web and is tailored to accommodate you and your sales force. Training can be one-to-one or one-to-many. We will work with sales representatives to develop individual training for monthly and quarterly territory check-ups, sales forecasting and to address individual needs.

2)    New Business Start UP; Three Point Sales and Marketing Coach Are you new to the sales cycle and don’t know where to start? We can help you fine tune your prospecting skills, develop leads, sales forecasting, develop a sales presentation, create a sales kit, develop sales proposals, negotiate contracts, identify and developing strategic alliances, and develop a sales follow up system. You don’t have to have any experience with the sales process; we will guide you along and provide you with some coaching should you get stuck. Then, we’ll check up on you every three months and help you set new sales goals that will move your business forward into the future.

3)     How To Get An Appointment This course will teach you how to prospect for new customers and how to widen your sales funnel by identifying new opportunities. It will teach you valuable market research skills to help you to identify the challenges facing the prospect and how to position your product accordingly. You will be able to prepare 5 open ended questions that are sure to get the prospect thinking about why they need to invest in your products. In addition, after taking this course, sales reps will be able to prepare an outstanding 30 second introduction that is sure to get them past the gatekeeper.

4)     How To Make A Sales Presentation In this course you will learn some effective techniques for communicating the value of your products and why customers can't live without them. The objective of this course is to learn how to present your clients with solutions to their problems and become a valuable resource to them. You will also learn effective closing techniques and how to ask for the sale.

5)    Effective Negotiation Techniques In this workshop, you will learn how to plan for a negotiation and have more control over the negotiation process. You will learn to recognize and convey value to the customer as you work effectively through the stages of a negotiation and develop a higher understanding of factors that motivate the buyers. At the end of the workshop you will possess a higher level of confidence for future negotiations and will be prepared for success.

6)    Role Play Sales Training  In this session, you will be presented with business cases that will teach you alternative ways to handle objections, create value for your products and effective negotiating techniques. The class will be divided into teams to conduct mock negotiations for high risk sales scenario
